The Red, White & Blue Celebration on the Destin Harbor happens every Thursday in June, and is a weekly honoring of a local hero at 7pm. Each week the celebration will highlight the efforts of people who go above and beyond to make their community better. They are the nameless, faceless people who represent the best in all of us. Local entertainment and a WWII replica flyover begin at 7:20pm. A spectacular fireworks display over the Destin Harbor is at 8:30pm. Children's crafts and other activities start at 6:30pm.

It's almost time for the best Pirate Festival EVER! You know the one -- the 56th Annual Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival in Fort Walton Beach, Florida!
So mark your calendar for June 3 through 6, and plan to spend the weekend with Capt. Billy and his friends.
It's a family-friendly weekend of Pirates, Pirates, Pirates!! We'll have food and grog, games and contests, fireworks -- and of course a parade! The highlight will be the Landing of Capt. Billy LVI and his Krewe on Friday -- and then again on Saturday, when they battle the Mayor and his team.
