Condo Features: This beautiful Gulf front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the family oriented dining area you will find a dining table that seats 6 and 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. In the kitchen you will find a full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cook-top stove and oven and you will have all of the utensils you need to cook and prepare a hearty meal. In this vacation rental, there are 4 TV's, 3 DVD players and a CD stereo system.
Resort Features:Summer Place Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and overlooking the white sandy beach and the emerald-green waters of Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The classy 6 story building has 2 pools and a Jacuzzi that will lead you the beautiful waters of the emerald coast that will remind you of paradise. Summer Place also has a fitness center and charcoal grills for your convenience.
Convenient but not as plush as some in same building
12/09/2009 -- Since I had stayed in a similar unit in the same building I was expecting more. This one is not as well furnished nor supplied as others I had stayed in but had the nice extra of a half-room that could sleep 2. The views were stunning, the building convenient and well-maintained, the beach access wonderful. The stay comes with free umbrella and beach chairs and discounts to area attractions. I love the location and general aspects of Summer Place but had issues with the units' TV's missing remote controls (which were not replaced), lack of DVD players, and very limited kitchen supplies.
