Condo Features: This beautiful Gulf front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the family oriented dining area, there is a glass dining table that will seat 6. There is a TV in each bedroom and living room. Other features in this vacation rental include a full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cook-top stove and oven, large pantry and have all of the utensils you need to cook and prepare a hearty meal.
Resort Features:Summer Place Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and overlooking the white sandy beach and the emerald-green waters of Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The classy 6 story building has 2 pools and a Jacuzzi that will lead you the beautiful waters of the emerald coast that will remind you of paradise. Summer Place also has a fitness center and charcoal grills for your convenience.
08/03/2010 -- My family and I really enjoyed staying in this unit. It was super nice and had all the comforts of home. I loved the decor, not too beachy, but beautiful. We had great weather and the water was crystal clear during our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again. -- Jennifer D.

We stayed at Summer Place with our entire family. We had folks from as far away as New Jersey and Virginia in our party, each family had their own condo. Our condo (605) was awesome and had an wonderful view of the Gulf. The staff at Summer Place was very friendly and helpful and the beach crew was second-to-none. Our vacation was completely hassle-free and the price was well within our budget. I highly recommend Summer Place and look forward to returning for years to come, and will specifically request #605.
