Condo Features: This nautical vacation rental getaway is located at Waters Edge on Okaloosa Island. Walk out to the captivating balcony that allows you to hear the gentle roar of the ocean. Enter the living room from the balcony by accessing the sliding glass door. The unit features tile flooring in the kitchen and the bathrooms, and carpet flooring in the bedroom. The master bedroom is a Queen, decorated in beautiful palm trees, and as a bonus this unit has bunk beds. Other unique features included in the rental unit are top-of-the-line granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and utensils, so you can make any meal you desire. The dining table has comfortable seating for up to four people and additional stools at the bar. The second full bath is located in the hallway close to the other rooms. There are two TVs with DVD players, so you can catch your favorite programs or watch your favorite DVD. If you forgot DVDs to watch we have you covered with an onsite DVD kiosk filled with the most recently released DVDs. Do not worry about packing linens and towels because they are provided, and the unit offers a stackable washer/dryer.

We found the property to be more than acceptable, had a wonderful time, and would revisit the property without hesitation. Enjoyed the close proximity to the pool and beachfront.

12/09/2009 -- "This was the best place. We enjoyed it. Me and the two kids were so glad we stayed here. This was a great place for us, it was clean, roomy, and convenant to park right in the front door,then go out to the pool, then right to the beach. We felt right at home, plus had everything right at our fingertips. Great choice. I would stay again and again."

Great Summer Vacation
12/09/2009 -- This is a great place to stay for a family. The amenities of home (kitchen, washer/dryer, dvd player, 2 bathroom)makes less to pack. The beach and water are beautiful. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Grocery stores are close and so are nice restaurants. Driving from TX is a long drive but worth it! We stayed for 3 nights, if we go back, we will stay longer to justify the long drive.
