Condo Features: This beautiful unit has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The quaint bar top table in the dining room graciously seats four. This lovely unit offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand up shower, and a washer and dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The master bedroom features a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

Resort Features:Waterscape Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the "heartbeat" of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape Condominiums has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10 foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.
This wonderful vacation destination is conveniently located to wonderful local restaurants, attractions, and shopping areas in Fort Walton Beach and Destin.
08/23/2010 -- Waterscape provided us with great summer memories! The pictures of the swimming pool area, as wonderful as they looked, did not do justice! My children loved the swimming pools, lily pads, lazy river, and hot tubs! The complimentary DVD rentals and beach umbrella and chairs were a nice added touch! Our room was nice, but needs a little attention and/or the website description needs to be updated. The sofa bed needs to be replaced, there is no DVD player in the master bedroom, and there is no radio in the unit. My children slept on the sofa bed and woke up complaining of back aches, not a common complaint for children, and this may be due to the pencil thin mattress and sagging frame! One afternoon, as we waited for the rain to pass, we watched a family movie and could not sit comfortable on the sofa! On our last vacation, my husband and I were able to catch up on movies in the evening, not the case on this vacation as there was not a DVD player in the master bedroom. For the small amount of time that was actually spent in the unit, I would have hoped for something a little more "enjoyable and comfortable" to our needs. I will definitely return to Waterscape and will hope for a more comfortable living room area! -- Teresa G.

12/10/2009 -- " We stayed 3 days in Oct. 2008. Our Room at Waterscape was wonderful. It Had a nice kitchen with up-to-date appliances. The sitting area was very nice but not to the extent you were afraid to sit on it. The sleeping areas were good, buncks were a little to closed in though. The Hot water was great in the master bedroom, but was barely warm in the '' main'' bathroom.
The water ammenties were excellent , but pool area needs better signs, and direction as to how to get to certain pool areas. Otherwise you spend alot of time going in circles.
The entire place was clean,& smelled clean.
The staff was helpful at all times. They responed to any request we had . Noise was kept at a low level especialy at night. I would stay here , same room in a heart beat. I would 200% recommend it others. "

12/10/2009 -- "We really enjoyed our stay, very clean, secure, and my child enjoyed the kiddie play area. Plenty of swimming area due to the multiple pools and the lazy river is neat.
I wish they had a snack bar out beside the pool. Overall our stay was excellent."
