Condo Features: This beautiful Gulf front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the family oriented dining area you will find a dining table that seats 6 and 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. In the kitchen you will find dark granite counter tops, a full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cook-top stove and oven and you will have all of the utensils you need to cook and prepare a hearty meal. There are 3 DVD players, 3 TV's and a stereo system in the living area.

The classy 6 story building has 2 pools and a Jacuzzi that will lead you the beautiful waters of the emerald coast that will remind you of paradise. Summer Place also has a fitness center and charcoal grills for your convenience.
