Condo Features: This magnificent unit has a coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. A308 is beautifully decorated with stylish furnishings and artwork. The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large glass top table with seating for six people. There are two barstools located near the kitchen for additional seating. This beautiful unit offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king size bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player.

Resort Features:Waterscape Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the "heartbeat" of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape Condominiums has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10 foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.
This wonderful vacation destination is conveniently located to wonderful local restaurants, attractions, and shopping areas in Fort Walton Beach and Destin.

12/10/2009 -- Last summer, my family stayed at Waterscape. I have stayed at many condos in Destin and Fort Walton Beach and this has been the most memorable for us. From the lazy rivers to the direct walk-in pools, we had a great time! This is a wonderful property for children. We had toddlers playing in the kiddie pool area with the water toys,older kids playing with the toys in the large pool, and the teenagers at the beach while the adults grilled by the pool and swam in the lazy river. We had such an amazing time that we cam back in October and spent another week here! The unit was very nice and perfect for our family of 5.
