Condo Features: This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, West Indies-style vacation rental unit include upgraded cabinets and appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathrooms have new vanity, light fixtures and cabinets. The master bath has a tub and a walk in shower, while the second bath has a large walk in shower. The living room has a 50" 1080 P flat screen TV with a Blue Ray and DVD player. The bedroom has a 42" flat screen TV with a DVD player. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

Resort Features: Island Echos Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and overlook the white sandy beach and emerald-green waters of Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The long time family favorite seven-story classic beach retreat features one Gulf front pool heated seasonally and a shuffleboard court that is fun for the entire family. Tennis courts are a wonderful addition to the amenities and are lighted for playing at night. The grills and a picnic area are located close to the pool with a view of the Gulf. This great vacation resort is conveniently located close to the restaurants attractions and shopping of both Fort Walton Beach and Destin.
08/05/2010 -- The room was awesome, VERY nice. The negative side of things. You have to do your own laundry while you're there, no clean towels everyday. Wasnt told this even at check in. Told them at booking there were 6 in my party and was told room slept 6. 1 bed, fold out couch thats it. No way to get extra towels or linen. Was told I had to bring it. They didnt even suppy toilet tissue. Was told the room had a washer/dryer, but the door was locked so I had no access. None of this would have been a problem if I would have been told at booking. Probably would have chosen different condo. -- David W.

Wonderful property
05/24/2010 -- Wonderfully decorated property, very inviting and look just like the internet video. Loved the location, view of the gulf, access to the beach and overall layout of the property. When getting off the elevator on the first day, there was a tremendous foul odor (don't know if a pet had an accident) but by the morning of the 2nd day it was gone. Surprised that staff was not available during the weekend--there were no problems with the unit though. Dined at Floyds and it was great--shrimp and backback ribs were delicious and moderately priced. Overall great experience and will definitely return. -- Sharon M.
