Condo Features: This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, homely decorated vacation rental unit include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom is newly remodeled and includes a Jacuzzi tub, new vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room has a 32" flat screen TV and a DVD player. The bedroom has a 28" flat screen TV with a DVD player. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

The long time family favorite seven-story classic beach retreat features one Gulf front pool heated seasonally and a shuffleboard court that is fun for the entire family. Tennis courts are a wonderful addition to the amenities and are lighted for playing at night. The grills and a picnic area are located close to the pool with a view of the Gulf. This great vacation resort is conveniently located close to the restaurants attractions and shopping of both Fort Walton Beach and Destin.
08/22/2010 -- I love this condo. I have stayed here 3 times. The pictures don't do it justice. The owner has redone the kitchen with granite and new appliances. Love the convenience of the washer and dryer. Evenings or whenever in the jacuzzi bathtub are glorious. If you have more than one person having 2 bathrooms is wonderful. There are flat screens - Sony at that. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but would be fine for kids not adults. The owner keeps a book that you can sign at the end of your stay that is priceless. I think the owner really cares about your experience. It is beautifully decorated. -- Phyllis W.
