Lodging Features: This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool. Other features of this upscale vacation rental unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The living room seats five people. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and twin sinks. This second floor unit has four TVS, four DVD players, three VCRS, and a CD stereo system. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Resort Features: Azure Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and overlooking the white sandy beach and emerald-green waters of Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The beautiful six-story Mediterranean-style resort features two large beach-side pools, each with adjoining hot tubs and separated by a delightful spray park for the young and young at heart. The tropical landscaping leads to grills and a picnic area. This great vacation resort is conveniently located close to the restaurants, attractions, and shopping of both Fort Walton Beach and Destin.

birthday retreat
The stay was great as usual. I have been staying at resort quest properties for the last twenty-five years and at the azure the last two. The property is perfect to accomidate the rather large group we have. This year we had a total of fifty guest.Everyone loved it and is planning on doing the same in 2009. There were some minor incoveinences that could not be avoided. Our stay was right after one of the hurricanes so we had a little confusion on weather or not we could get to the property. Also, they were having problems with one of the pools,but the good thing is there's another pool. So it wasn't really a problem just a little crowed.
Noise
If you are going to have a rather large group, most of which arriving late, try and book rooms on the first floor.
