This beautiful Gulf front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this vacation rental include a fully equipped kitchen that consists of a full sized refrigerator, dish washer, cook-top stove and a microwave along with all of the utensils needed to prepare and serve a meal. There is a TV in both the living room and master bedroom for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

Gulf Dunes Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and overlooking the white sandy beach and the emerald-green waters of Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The wonderful 6 story buildings that are divided into 2 has a pool, small tennis court for the athletic ones and a nice sized grill area with 5 charcoal grills for your convenience. This great vacation resort is conveniently located near the restaurant attractions and shopping of both Fort Walton Beach & Destin.
05/30/2010 -- Condo was very nice except for the floors. I don't think they had been mopped in months. Our 10 mo. old daughter crawled on the floor all the time and was FILTHY when picked up!!! We were awakened every night by loud, drunkened idiots. Not a place to stay with your family and kids, but great if you like to party and stay up all night. Sadly, this will be our last stay at Gulf Dunes. Didn't help that there was a Gentlemen's Club right up the street!! -- Jennifer H.
GULF DUNES IS GREAT!
12/09/2009 -- Gulf Dunes is a great place to stay on Santa Rosa Island. My Family and I have stayed there prob 5 or 6 times over the years and we have never been disappointed. The rooms are spacious the view is fantastic. GD is just minuets away from Destin and many restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

Needs Improvement
12/09/2009 -- The floor plan of this unit is great. I enjoyed the fact that it is in a smaller building and not a high rise. But the unit is older and starting to show major signs of wear. I think it is time to replace the carpet, repaint, and buy some new furniture. For the same rental rate I could have stayed in a newer place with updated features. The carpet in this unit was so old and dirty that I did not feel comfortable allowing my grandson to crawl on the floor. Also the available parking is not easily accessible unless you drive a compact car.
