Condo Features: This beautiful, ground floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private patio that leads directly to the pool, parking area, shuffleboard court and beach. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a partial view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this newly and wonderfully decorated, comfortable vacation rental unit include upgraded kitchen cabinets and appliances, granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The two bathrooms new vanity, light fixtures and cabinets. The master bath has a walk in shower while the second bath has a tub. The living room has a TV, DVD player, VCR and a stereo system. The two bedrooms have TVs with DVD players and VCRs. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Resort Features: Island Echos Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and overlook the white sandy beach and emerald-green waters of Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The long time family favorite seven-story classic beach retreat features one Gulf front pool heated seasonally and a shuffleboard court that is fun for the entire family. Tennis courts are a wonderful addition to the amenities and are lighted for playing at night. The grills and a picnic area are located close to the pool with a view of the Gulf. This great vacation resort is conveniently located close to the restaurants attractions and shopping of both Fort Walton Beach and Destin.
06/27/2010 -- Had a wonderful week, the condo was great and it was nice to be able to walk right out the door to the pool. Will definitely want this same condo next year. Just one observation for those of use who are vertically challenged, a stool to help get into the tall beds would be nice. The staff was great and we couldn't have asked for better weather. -- Sheila B.

12/09/2009 -- "THIS ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL AND TASTEFULLY DECORATED. BEING ON THE FIRST FLOOR YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WAITING ON ELEVATORS AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WALK THROUGH THE LOBBY TO GET TO THE POOL, JUST WALK OUT THE BACK DOOR AND YOU'RE THERE . THE ONLY PROBLEM IS YOU CAN'T SEE THE OCEAN FROM THE ROOM BECAUSE OF THE SAND DOONS, BUT YOU CAN HEAR IT . I LOVE NOT BEING WHERE ALL THE TRAFFIC IS LIKE IN DESTIN. EASY TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE PARKING LOT."
