Condo Features: This beautiful, fourth floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this newly decorated, island flair vacation rental unit include an upgraded kitchen with new appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath and second bath both have tubs. The living room has a large flat screen TV with a Blue Ray player. The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV with a Blue Ray player and the second bedroom has a TV, DVD player and VCR. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Resort Features: Island Echos Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and overlook the white sandy beach and emerald-green waters of Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The long time family favorite seven-story classic beach retreat features one Gulf front pool heated seasonally and a shuffleboard court that is fun for the entire family. Tennis courts are a wonderful addition to the amenities and are lighted for playing at night. The grills and a picnic area are located close to the pool with a view of the Gulf. This great vacation resort is conveniently located close to the restaurants attractions and shopping of both Fort Walton Beach and Destin.

Great Vacation Spot
