Condo Features: This beautiful, fifth floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this high quality, vacation rental unit include upgraded furnishings such as kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The guest bathroom has a bath tub and the master bathroom has a shower stall. Both bathrooms have new vanities, light fixtures and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, and stereo system. Both of the bedrooms have a TV and DVD players. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Resort Features: Island Echos Condominiums are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and overlook the white sandy beach and emerald-green waters of Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The long time family favorite seven-story classic beach retreat features one Gulf front pool heated seasonally and a shuffleboard court that is fun for the entire family. Tennis courts are a wonderful addition to the amenities and are lighted for playing at night. The grills and a picnic area are located close to the pool with a view of the Gulf. This great vacation resort is conveniently located close to the restaurants attractions and shopping of both Fort Walton Beach and Destin.
06/24/2010 -- We enjoyed our stay and 5 J was very nice. The ice maker was broke when we got there but was fixed before we left. The pictures don't do it justice. Much prettier in person. Great view. I would stay there again and again. NO OIL was seen while we were there. -- Phyllis M.
