Condo Features: This beautiful seventh floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private patio that has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico, parking area, shuffleboard court and beach. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a partial view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this wonderfully decorated and comfortable vacation rental unit include full size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both of the bathrooms have bath tubs, light fixtures and cabinets. In the dining room, you will find a table to seat 6 with 2 chairs at the bar. The living room has a flat screen TV with a standard TV in the master bedroom with a DVD player. The guest bedroom has a TV and VCR. The TV in the master bedroom is mounted high on the wall giving more room on the dresser. There is a table and chairs on balcony to view the Gulf of Mexico. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

The long time family favorite seven-story classic beach retreat features one Gulf front pool heated seasonally and a shuffleboard court that is fun for the entire family. Tennis courts are a wonderful addition to the amenities and are lighted for playing at night. The grills and a picnic area are located close to the pool with a view of the Gulf.
