12/09/2009 -- "When I selected this property I was unsure it would be worth the cost. After the first day I could tell I had made a good choice.
The room was outstanding. Well furnished and very comfortable. Plenty of electronics. A flat-screen TV in every room and DVD/VCR in the living room. Only one internet connection that I cound find - but that was for my kids -one was plenty for me. :)
The view was great. I selected the highest floor and toward a corner of the building to hopefully get a better unobstructed view of the gulf. The sounds and smells of the gulf was not disappointing. I saw nothing but beach and water and heard nothing but the waves. The lower floors would have absolutely been able to hear outside noise. The First and Second floor could not see the gulf because of the beach berm.
Staying in Fort Walton Beach was a much better choice than Destin. Destin had all of the "touristy" stuff and we were just a few minutes away when we wanted to do that but FWB is just not as much of a hassle to get around." -- Scott

Quiet neighborhood with Elegance
12/09/2009 -- "We normally stay in Destin, but found this condo in Fort Walton Beach. We chose it because it was close to a place that we could launch our boat. HOwever, we were able to keep our boat at the condo's and for that reason alone, we loved it. The condo was nice and perfectly fit our needs. Actually, we liked the location much better because it was not on the busily traveled main highway. We will definitely be back.\
